Terms & Conditions

The rules that apply when you order from Meet Noodles through this website — for both pickup and delivery.

1. About Meet Noodles

Meet Noodles is a takeaway restaurant located at Hagedoornweg 50, 1031 BV Amsterdam-Noord, the Netherlands. These terms apply to every order you place through this website.

2. Ordering

You place an order by adding items to your cart and completing the checkout process. A binding agreement is formed as soon as we send you the order confirmation email.

We may refuse or cancel an order if, for example, the kitchen is at capacity, ingredients are unavailable, or the order falls outside our delivery area or opening hours. In that case any payment already made will be refunded in full.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices on the website are in euros and include 9% Dutch VAT (BTW Laag) on food and beverages. Prices may change from time to time; the price that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout.

Online payment is processed by SumUp. We never see or store your full card details. Accepted methods are shown at checkout.

4. Pickup & delivery

Pickup is free and available daily from 12:00 to 21:00 at Hagedoornweg 50.

Delivery is available within approximately a 5 km radius around our kitchen (postal codes in central Amsterdam & Amsterdam Noord). The delivery fee is €3.50. A minimum order amount of €15.00 (excluding delivery fee) applies to deliveries.

Estimated delivery time is shared at checkout. Times are indicative and can vary with weather, traffic and order volume.

5. Right of withdrawal

Because we prepare food fresh to order, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under Dutch consumer law does not apply to your purchase (Art. 6:230p sub f Burgerlijk Wetboek — perishable goods and made-to-order food).

That said: if something is wrong with your order — missing items, wrong dish, food not as described — let us know right away. We will fix it (refund or remake).

6. Allergens & dietary information

Our kitchen handles wheat, soy, sesame, eggs, peanuts and other tree nuts, shellfish, fish, and dairy. Even dishes that don’t contain these ingredients may come in contact with them during preparation. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering.

Allergen information for each dish is available on request — just call or email us.

7. Complaints

We take complaints seriously. Reach out via info@meetnoodles.nl or call us. We aim to respond within 7 days, and to resolve the issue within 30 days.

If we can’t reach a solution together, you may submit your complaint to the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

8. Liability

We do our best to deliver good food, on time, accurately described. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question, except where Dutch law mandates otherwise (e.g. in cases of intent or gross negligence).

9. Applicable law

These terms, and any agreement formed under them, are governed by Dutch law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be brought before the competent court in Amsterdam.
