Cookie Policy

What cookies we use, why, and how you control them.

Last updated: 15 May 2026

1. What are cookies?

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. Cookies allow the site to remember things like the contents of your cart, your preferences, and whether you are logged in.

2. What cookies we use

We use a small set of strictly functional cookies. We do not use tracking, advertising, or third-party analytics cookies.

Functional cookies (always active)

These are required for the website to work. You can’t opt out of them; if you disable them in your browser, parts of the site may stop working.

  • woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart, wp_woocommerce_session_* — remember what’s in your cart while you shop. Expires when you close your browser, or after up to 48 hours of inactivity.
  • wordpress_logged_in_*, wordpress_sec_* — only set if you log into a customer account. Lets you stay logged in.
  • litespeed_* — used by our cache layer (LiteSpeed) to serve pages quickly.

Marketing cookies

We do not currently set marketing or advertising cookies. If we ever do, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.

Analytics cookies

We do not currently use third-party analytics (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel). If we add basic analytics in the future, we will choose a privacy-friendly option that does not require consent (such as Plausible or self-hosted Koko Analytics) and update this page.

3. Controlling cookies

You can delete cookies or block them via your browser settings. Quick links:

Blocking functional cookies may break parts of the site — for example, your cart may not remember items.

4. More information

For broader information on how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy. Questions? Email info@meetnoodles.nl.

Note: this policy is a template based on the current technical configuration of the site. If you add Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, a chat widget, or any other third-party script in the future, the list of cookies above must be updated and a cookie consent banner must be added.
